" using runes is viewed not so much as a religious curse conflict, but as an energetic cleansing and severing of attachments (channels) connecting a person to a past egregore, its egregoial programs, limitations, or sense of guilt.

The main principle of runic work in this context is the return of one's own will, purification of the subtle bodies, and closing of old contracts.

Example of a basic formula for severing ties: Thurisaz — Hagalaz — Eihwaz — Nauthiz — Sowilo

8.              Deactivation and gratitude: After completing the work (usually cleansing lasts from 3 to 9 days), the stav is deactivated with gratitude to the runes (burned or washed away).

9.              Important safety rules

• Work without aggression: Attempting to show aggression towards an egregore often leads to a reverse energetic blow. Egregores feed on emotions (including anger). The most effective approach is a neutral severing of ties.

• Monitor your well-being: During runic cleansing, physical symptoms (headache, weakness, emotional outbursts) may occur. This is a normal reaction to energetic restructuring.

• Don't forget to replenish: After cleansing and severing, be sure to use formulas for replenishing energy and protection (e.g., with the runes Algiz, Fehu, Sowilo) to avoid leaving an "energetic vacuum."
